WHAT IMPACT CAN A SENIOR DATA ANALYST HAVE AT ESG

East Side Games is searching for an experienced and driven Product Analyst to join our Growth team. This individual will be looking after the ad monetization process and player ad experience.

WHAT YOU MIGHT DO IN YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Act as an expert in the mobile advertising ecosystem, build and maintain relationships with media partners, and liaise with external advertising networks (including offerwalls and surveys)
  • Implement and make adjustments to Ironsource mediation to optimize KPIs for the games
  • Manage the Ironsource/Soomla Ad Quality product to create a seamless ad experience for our players, identifying and blocking problem ads that lead to poor UX and churn
  • Identify, interpret, and analyze data that needs tracking to improve in-game advertising KPIs, identifying areas of weakness and potential improvements
  • Generate Tableau dashboards based on collected data and present them to relevant decision-makers regarding ad placements and ad types
  • Collaborate with Producers and programmers to track advertising SDK updates
  • Work with programmers and tech support specialists from advertising networks to troubleshoot in-game bugs and maximize ad fill rate
  • Conduct research on the latest advertising trends in mobile games, identify opportunities and improvements on existing products, and communicate best practices to games teams
  • Ad monetization and player ad experience
